i was wondering if i bought a 20 dollar case and then shoved my laptop into it really hard if it would make it run fast as an i7 and 54 gtx titans. thanks

No, but I've seen that trick tried commercially. Way back in the era of the Vax systems from Dec, one of my customers was selling turnkey systems that ran on a Microvax. They found that sales increased when they bought the largest expansion cabinet and installed their small amount of hardware in it. It looked more impressive.
