I posted my current and future parts, but im not really sure where to go with a motherboard or CPU. I was thinking about a z77 and i5, but I am also trying to stay under 350. Maybe black Friday prices will drop? Haha, Any input on the package would be great. Thanks.

You can buy an i5, but make sure it has a k letter after it so that it will be good for gaming. You should buy an i5 3570k or i5 4670k they both are good for gaming and don't reallt give less performance than i7s in gaming. Your motherboard depends on what cpu you buy. If you buy an i5 3570k it's socket wil be FCLGA 1155 and if you buy i5 4670k it's socket will be FCLGA 1150. Motherborads change if your cpu socket type changes which depends on what cpu you buy. You can buy any compatible motherboard of decent quality of supported socket. So make sure your cpu and motherboard will be compatible.
