my laptop wont play any cd or dvd it just clicks back open all drivers are fine (checked) by all accounts dvd drive is fine it just wont play and discs please help as been at it 4 days now and gettin really frustrated a big thank you in advance

sounds like the laser is either dirty, or more than likely, it's dead and won't read anymore. Either replace it or buy an external one.
