so i bought a new power supply yesterday cx500m corsair i install it to my pc and i checked 3 different programs for RPM's CpuidHwmonitor Shows Max RPM was 7000!!! in game starcraft 2 and the other 2 fanspeed and hwinfo64 shows nornal 2000 rpm or 1800 and sometimes max 3000 is that ok? how much speed must a corsair have? (rpm)

Not necessarily. I just think its the wrong choice of voltage for a power supply. Due to the fact that its running at that RPM I can safely assume the PSU is probably running at a very high load constantly. You should of gotten a higher watt PSU.
