I have a Sony vaio laptop,when i press the power button it starts normally but when i switch it off again it does not restart, it will only light on the green power button for a split second, now ill have to wait for some time before it starts again. This is what it does over and over again.the hard drive is new, ram sticks are working.please help me good people as soon as possible. Thank you in advance
