First build and need advice on PSU and overall build.

These are the specs of my first build:
Asrock Faital1ty Killer Z87
Intel 4th Gen I5 4670K
Sapphire R9 270X Vapor X Boost
Corsair Vengeance LP 4x2gb DDR3 CL 9 Black
Asus x24 Sata
Western Digital Blue Caviar 1tb
Cooler Master N500 Windowed KWN2
Cooler Master 212 Evo Turbo
The problem is I found a Sale on Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold - 1200W costing only around $140 dollars and I am not sure if the 1200W is overkill but it seems like a good deal. Please comment about my build so I can still make revisions but my budget is only around $900 or less. I don't plan on overclocking anytime soon but I might crossfire if I get to save. Not sure If I can spend more than $140 on a PSU. Thanks you!

That PSU is WAYYYYYYY overkill, that system will run fine at 650~700W. The build looks nice and should be a fine computer, you can shave a little money off the PS however. Absolutely no need for 1200 watts in that build. 1200 watts would be for a tri SLI/crossfire of like 290xs or titans lol

Your PSU can never be too big. The 1200 watter is bigger than necessary but I suggest you get in the habit of using overized PSUs as an insurance policy. I never run a PSU past 50% of its rated capacity. Of course it must be a QUALITY PSU or it doesn't matter how big it is.

Thanks for the link! It's in tier 3. I am just really considering it because of its price and I already checked if it is Haswell ready. I checked new egg and it costs around $239 so its price to watt ratio seems good but i'm still hesitant. Thanks again for your suggestions!
