info about psu

i have 450w zebronics psu.
i am planning to upgrade my ram from 2 gb to 4gb by adding another 2gb ram.
also planning to buy radeon hd 6670 1gb sapphire ddr3 for my DG41RQ motherboard
will my psu be able to handle those components which i am planning to buy?
my rig is
intel core 2 duo e7500 2.93ghz
motherboard~ dg41rq
ram ~ 2gb ddr2 ( planning to upgrade it to 4gb)
screen resolution is 1366X768
power supply unit ~ zebronics 450w..

I would suggest getting another psu. Those off branded psu can cause more issues than there worth. Also I've seen things about that particular psu not reaching its full 450W only getting 400W and people having issues with them. As far as upgrading the ram it will make almost no difference in power voltage wise. The 6670 is a different story however. But if your wanting a new gpu then you can get one a lot better than the DDR3 6670. What are the rest of your system specs and what do you use this machine for?
