Hi all,

I was looking at picking up the SeaSonic M12II 850 power supply for my computer. I was reading the reviews and one common theme is that the cables are short. My worry is this. I have a HAF-X, one of the largest cases on the market. Does anyone have a HAF-X with the SeaSonic M12II 850 PSU? If so are the cables too short to be properly routed through the case?

Thanks,

Solution
As a rule, the only cable that might be short is the 4/8 pin cpu cable for the motherboard.
That can happen with a bottom mounted psu.
The fix is easy enough... a extender cable for about $5.
Some cases and motherboards even include them.

Seasonic is about the best psu around. I would not exclude it on the possibility that a cable might be short.
Usually, higher wattage psu's are designed with longer cables in the first place since they are known to be fitted into larger cases.
Here is a link to the psu specs. The 4/8 pin cable is 650mm long; that is 25" long. surely enough.
