I recently bought Maximus Vi Extreme with i7 4770k Cpu, my drivers are all up to date and win 8 update are all done, still i have other devices in device manager and it only shows unknown device with following location " Port_#0008.Hub_#0003 " i tried many different method like updating drivers, bios none worked can any one please help me with this Error, it become very annoying as it popup every 1-2 seconds and keeps warning USB device not recognized, while i dint not even connect anything to my ports,

Solution
Yes, I think so because the problem is only from that port, and when you disable it the problem does go away. So if I were you then just disable it and don't use it, I am the lazy person to deal with RMA process because only for the single USB port.
Your MB has the intel UBS3.0 ports and ASMedia USB3.0 ports. If you did install the ASMedia USB3.0 driver, then problem is from intel USB3.0 controller driver because the intel usb3.0 driver does not compatible to win8/8.1, you need use the msft usb3.0 driver comes with the win8/8.1, so you can go to "device manager" section to uninstall the intel driver then windows will install the default one.
Here is some info. http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/highlights/sftwr-prod/usb3ehcd

Thanks for the comment, i found out my USB number 12 port is the problem or at least when i disable it in BIOS then i cant see it in device manager about uninstalling or disabling from device manager it doesn't work as unknown device popup again do you think motherboard it self can be faulty? or at least USB number 12 port witch i believe is the one for extra USB 3 that you can connect
