Hey, here's my build:

AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition CPU
ASUS M5A78L-M Motherboard
MSI GTX 650TI Power Edition 1GB
Western Digital 500GB 6Gb/s HDD
2x Kingston 2048MB DDR3 1600MHz HyperX RAM
Cooler Master E600W PSU

To step up my gaming frames, what part should i consider to upgrade? Do you think this CPU is gonna bottleneck any future gaming cards (for example a GTX 670 or a 660 Ti ) ??

If you overclock it to about 4.0GHz, it should handle a GTX 660 Ti fine. GTX 670 will be a tad much. In terms of upgrade priorities, it would go as follows from highest to lowest:

1. PSU -- Cooler Master E600W is crap. It doesn't output 600W and has poor efficiency.
2. CPU + Motherboard -- these two go together. In a gaming build, your priority is the GPU, but it's always good to have a good foundation first. So upgrading these will set the table for a lot of good upgrades in the near future.
3. RAM -- I multitask a lot and a bit more RAM can definitely help so you're not swapping between RAM and SWAP, which is slow.
4. GPU.

It will work with a stronger GPU GTX660Ti, GTX760, GTX670, HD7950 to name few.

Your rig is modest overall, but the weakest link does appear to be the graphics card. You might pick up a HD7870 fairly cheap now.
Don't get anything stronger. Your PSU is suspect; is the "E" for "Extreme?" Especially if it has a little voltage switch on it, assume it is overrated and not good for more than 450W-500W. In fact, if it has only one PCIe power cable on it, a GTX660 would be the most powerful card I'd suggest.
