So when I didn't know about air bubbles I took the fan off my GPU twice to clean it and I think I made air bubbles, would it be possible to take it off and just spread it evenly on the chip so it's thin and even again? Also don't tell me to buy new thermal paste because I'm only asking, thanks.

Anytime you remove a heat sink from ether a gpu or cpu you should clean the thermal paste off and reapply new paste. Its not the answer you want to hear but its the correct one. The problem with what you want to do is trying to reapply old dry paste that will not smoosh or fill the voids between the heatsink and gpu and not allowing it to seat properly.

Sorry man, but you need to clean and replace that stuff every time. That's the only answer.
