Can I wipe my SSD now using Windows 7 Home 32-bit, to reformat to Windows 7 Pro 64-bit SP1 ? Is that the best thing to do to make full use of my 32GB RAM for gaming? Right now Windows 7 Home Premium, 32-bit only allows me to have 3.19GB of usable memory out of the 32GB.

My Current Computer is home built:

ASUS Rampage IV Extreme Motherboard

INTEL CORE i-7-3820 LGA 2011 Processor [3.6GHZ, 10MB cache,130W]

32GB RAM by DIMM 3300

ASUS 12X Blu-ray Writer, BW-12B1ST

XFX R7800 Series by AMD w 6GB memory

Thanks,
David

Solution
Just check the drivers for your graphics card and maybe the Bray player. I don't see you'd have trouble with anything else, W7 64x has excellent compatibility.

Will the Windows 7 64-bit be compatible with the components I listed in my post?
