Hello,
I would like to as the community for a little help with my pc:

I would like to build a gaming pc for under 700 dollars. I would like it to fulfil the following requirements.

1) Runs games like BF4 at high at 60 fps.
2) is more or less future proof.
3) Would be more or less sexy looking.

Thanks in advance for all the people who have replies, and helped me.
Regards
-frost

EDIT: I would like to have an intel processor unless that's a bad idea :p

Solution
This is what I would go for:

PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/235rd
Price breakdown by merchant: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/235rd/by_merchant/
Benchmarks: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/235rd/benchmarks/

CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor ($184.98 @ OutletPC)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($35.98 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($69.99 @ Microcenter)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: MSI Radeon R9 270X 2GB Video Card ($197.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 ATX Mid Tower...
Uhm what resolution is your monitor? If its 1080p, then 700$ is not gonna get you 60FPS on high.

Sadly, I have a very horrible monitor, the highest res it gets is like 1240x1024. Which will be just enough for now, tho, I do have a 720P Monitor, but I don't use it for gaming, I might tho.

The 270x does about 47 fps on Crysis 3 on HIGH settings.
