Overclocking AMD x4 955

Since overclocking my cpu from 3.2 to 4.1Ghz my computer started to lag and Physical Memory increased a lot. So I reset back to 3.8ghz settings I had before, which worked great, but now computer is lagging and physical memory is high.

Any suggestions why?

My cooling is fine, I have a H80. Prime95 was running for a few hours and only got to 44, whilst running a game(MW3). I think it may be my Voltages, but I'm not sure. any Idea on good voltage settings for this hardware? I have a asus m4a88td-m. Should change offset to manual?
