Elder Scrolls 5 skyrim with a bunch of graphic mods uses around 6gb of vram on 1080p so this would mean elder scrolls 6 without mods would also require 6gb of vram? since im pretty sure elder scrolls 6 without mod would still look better than skyrim with mods.

Too early to speculate. Elder Scrolls 6 (not to be confused with Elder Scrolls Online) will not begin development until some time after Fallout 4 is released. I am sure Bethesda has a small team working on concept art and story for TES6, but I would say it is at least a year away before Bethesda actually starts full production of the game.
