I was gonna buy 2 80mm fans to cool my case, but I got this problem, the only connector thingy that looks like its supossed to be for a fan is like in front of the GPU fan, I want to install 2 fans, 1 at the back and 1 pointing at the CPU, GPU because thats where the hole is positioned also they are both out of reach from the thingy I found, what do I do? My mobo is the gigabyte GA-H61M-D2-B3.

The thingy I found looks like a white rectangle with one wall on the left halfway through it and it has these 4 metal thingys sticking out, am I looking at the right thing and where do I get a long enough splitter for it???

Some fans come with molex connectors. They are white , about 3/4 " in size with 4 round holes.
Some have speed sensing connectors, they are smaller, about 1/4" and have 3 pins.
Some fans have both.
If you have a molex connection to the PSU, the fan will run at full speed.
If you have a speed sensing connector, that you plug into the motherboard, you can sense and control the speed.
80mm fans are noisy and inefficient.
If you have any way at all to use larger fans, do so.
The best use of fans is to get hot air out of your case. Fans do not cool(parts don't sweat :) )

They just move hot air out of your case.
I might use both as intake fans in front, or exhaust fans in back or top.
