I will probably not be oc myself at the moment, and will be playing games like bf4 at 1920x1080p.
so what gpu is better?.

Checkout the HD 7970. It's 50 pounds more , but you get 3 free games ! It's better than the GTx 760 and has similar performance to the GTX 770.

The 760 & 670 have almost identical performance. Go with the 760, newer board and technology and cooling. The Twin Frozr & DirectCU both have their fan clubs, either will do. Read the reviews for the cards in newegg and see what you think.

Only slightly faster. The GTX 760 is better price/performance wise. But if they are both the same price, I would get the GTX 670 or spend a bit extra for something better.

In general, yes. But as @IRONBATMAN stated, the games also come into a factor. Performance difference is probably +/-5% between the two. So you won't see much difference.
