I have an OCZ Fata1ity 750W power supply on Asrock Gen 3 extreme 3 mb with i5 2500k @ 4.6GHz. I overclocked my Sapphire 7870 xt card from 975 to 1100 and memory from 1500 to 1575 with a powerboost of 20%.

I was playing a game and all of a sudden my computer froze with horizontal lines, and now it will not boot at all. I've tried power recycling, disconnecting cord, letting it cool off for a few hours to no avail. I don't see any burnt capacitors on the MB and there isn't any electrical burn smell at all.

Do you guys think it's a damaged PSU, GPU, or MB? Anyone ever experienced this and what would you recommend?

I appreciate your assistance, and please feel free to ask me for any other specs, etc.

I once had the same issue when GTX 460 was OC'd. To make sure it was the video card, I removed the 460, and chipped in a working 9600 GT. Since the system worked without any problem with the lower-end card, I could tell it was the video card. Some people pointed that still it could be PSU not providing enough power, which is a valid point, but in my case it was really video card, since brand new GTX 560 Ti 448 worked just fine on the same system.
