Cant uninstall some programs.

Hello. I have a problem with my PC. I have windows 7 and when i try to uninstall some programs, it wont work. This error shows up: Problem starting C:/Program the module was not found. This only happens on some of the programs im trying to uninstall. Thanks.

This error comes up because the program has been removed/deleted not uninstalled when windows uninstaller doesn't get that program that gives error.
