Best motherboard out of these 5 for a Haswell K Core i5.

Time to upgrade my motherboard to a 1150 socket!! i got these options to choose from so tell me which one and why. I have a coolermaster v6 cpu cooler and have the intention to overclock this Haswell i5 to more than 4.0Ghz.

If there is no difference between for example the 156euros motherboard to the zk87 plus that i wont benefit from , just tell me so i wont waste the extra money.

The GA-H61M is a socket 1155 board, not 1150.
If you're interested in overclocking, Asus boards have a good reputation for stability. Differences may come down to the number and arrangement of ports on the board(s), and who provides any 3rd party controllers. If you're building a general purpose gamer, it probably won't really matter much.
