Hello evryone.
I'm pretty new to the constructing computers, but now I've started.
So, I have made my PC out of scrap- an old AGP motherboard and videocard, even older, er, the box, where do you put all the things in, NVIDIA processors, and one of the first hard-drives with a SATA port.
Well, I have finished consteucting it, and started up. After entering BOOT menu, I see this: in the MAIN section, there are Primary Master, Primary Slave, and Secondary M&S. All of them sain NONE. I entered the sub-lmenu of P.M and pressed DETECT. A small window poped up saying DETEXTIND IDE DRIVE. After a few seconds it disappeared. I exited to the main screen of BOOT, and P. M still said NONE.
What am I supposed to do next?

Since your drive is a SATA drive it wouldn't show up in the 4 entries that you mention; they are for IDE devices. Have you tried installing an OS yet - does it see your hard drive?

Yes, I have Linux Ubuntu installed. Actually I installed it on a new motherboard because I needed a videocard to run Team Fortress 2

I'm unclear as to whether you have a problem with the hard drive or is it just that you don't see it in the BIOS?

Rather than a video it would be more helpful at this point to answer Ijack's question. Let me word it differently, does your computer start Ubuntu from the hard drive? Can you boot to your ubuntu installation media? If you can can you see your hard drive from it?

Yes, I can start up loading Ubuntu. Here is how it goes on : I have a black screen sating that primary master, slave, secondary master, slave are all not detected. Then there are 2 options: press F1 to continue or press DEL to enter bios. When I press F1, I see a chart that says:
UBUNTU
some other crap I don't remember
...
...
I press UBUNTU, and my PC freezes.

It sounds like you have an incomplete installation of Ubuntu. Try again and when you get to the part of type of install choose to replace the existing Ubuntu. If you don't see that option make a note of the options that you do see and post them here.
