Corsair H60 push/pull

I was wondering if it mattered if I had two equal fans for a push pull setup with a Corsair H60, I was thinking a new fan could be too weak or too powerful and cause turbulence. If I need them to be equal, what kind does it use, and can I get it individually? I have two fairly weak case fans I can use, but this is a 4000 RPM fan, so I'd like to use it.

The people at Corsair will tell you that the fan should be blowing into the case and radiator for best cooling but this is only because the ambient air is cooler than the air in the case but in real life a draw-through setup is always better than a push-through arrangement, i would not bother with a push-pull setup but you could turn the fan around so it is drawing air from inside the case and pulling it through the radiator, i may experiment this same way with mine as my case temps are not that much higher than the ambient air in my living room..

IMHO you don't want equal in/equal out of the case but rather a slight amount of negative pressure inside the case, the exhaust fans should slightly over power the intake fans. In the lower front, up and across the motherboard, out the upper rear. My system is liquid cooled too and gets a little complicated because the PSU is bottom mounted so i have 1 120mm fan blowing out through the radiator at the top and 1 120mm blowing out through the PSU at the bottom, I mounted 1 120mm fan blowing out at top in the very back of the case above the radiator but then i only have 2 120mm fans blowing in at the front, even though the ratio is 3 - 2 because 2 of the exhaust fans are restricted by the radiator and the PSU it evened out nicely and get wonderful breeze through the case, goes in the front and splits in 2 directions over the motherboard, half goes up and out and half goes down and out.. Blow a little smoke in your case and watch it..

That is not AT ALL what I am talking about, and positive pressure is best in cases. All I am asking is if I need two equal fans on my radiator to avoid turbulence, and if so where can I get a second? I know how to set up a ventilation system.
