Hi guys. I currently have a dual-boot configuration (single HDD) with Vista C:/ and my recently-installed Windows 7 on my E:/ drive. I originally installed 7 alongside Vista (not upgrade) with the intention of getting some drivers to work and now I no longer need Vista. I also need more disk space and this would kill two birds with one stone.

My question is, how do I go about uninstalling Vista safely and thoroughly? Does it matter at all that Vista is currently the C:/ drive? Do I simply delete that partition in disk management or is there an actual uninstall process or what?

Please let me know. This probably seems like a dumb question but I'm just paranoid in general about messing around with large-scale OS stuff and I want to make 100% sure I'm doing this right.

Thank you.
