Best GPU for BF4 under 250$?

Title says it all, I want to play BF4 as best i can with a gpu under 250$ Please suggest some and why they are good so I can start understanding myself!

I would have suggested the gtx 760 if you havent mentioned bf4 specifically, for bf4 the hd 7950 is the best card you can get around that price range. Powercolor hd 7950 is even better than the normal hd 7950 so this one is good http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131458&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID= , it would be under 250 if you considered the rebate. According to this http://gamegpu.ru/images/remote/http--www.gamegpu.ru-images-stories-Test_GPU-Action-Battlefield_4-test-1920.jpg , the hd 7950 performs better than the gtx 760 and this before mantle support, you can expect a performance boost for the hd 7950 after mantle support is released for bf4 at end of december so it will even perform even better. If you cant afford he powercolor then consider the msi http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127737&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID= although i think the powercolor will have better cooling.

EDIT: Just found a power color hd 7950 but for less price and the only difference i noticed is 30 mhz increase in core clock (correct me if im mistaken) for $20, weird you can make this simple oc yourself with this cooling http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131499 .

With an Intel i5 CPU you should get better results in gaming.
