PC says it's Graphic Card is Intel HD will Simcity (2013) run this?

This PC:Link says it's Graphics Card is Intel HD. According to system requirements lab, Simcity (2013) requires a "Intel Series 4 integrated graphics or better". I've searched google, but I can't figure it out. There's more than 1 type of Intel HD right, because the Bestbuy page only says "Intel HD".

Note: If it can only run the game on low quality graphics that's fine too.

I wanted to mention it is only 3.9 inches wide, so you can never put a full size video card in this case.

It looks like the base model comes with a Intel Celeron G1620

I'm confused, it sounds like your saying that they put false information on their page. Are you saying it doesn't come with a Intel HD graphics card like it says it does?

The Intel HD Graphics is part of the CPU.

And even the Intel web page does not say if it is HD 2000, HD 3000 or HD 4000, which I find odd.

It is a socket LGA1155 which normally means HD 3000 integrated graphics, so my answer is no.

If it has a 300 Watt power supply, you could add soemthing like this:
GeForce GT 630 1GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 Low Profile Ready Video Card

It comes with the Low Profile Bracket Kit that you need for this computer. At $69.99 it is not cheap, but being low profile, you have less to pick from.

Note, how low the Intel HD Graphics (Pentium G) is on the chart, so it will not run Simcity (2013)

On the AMD side, the best I could find on a budget was this

HP Pavilion 500-a60 Desktop PC for $379.99

However, I could not find a reference for the integrated HD 8400 video

I just took a look at the motherboard and it has no PCI-Express x16 slot for a graphics card, so you could never upgrade the graphics in this PC, that's a bummer.
