Overall not too bad, here are several suggestions that you can take up:
1) Intel Core i5 4670k over the FX 9370, i5's game better
2) R9 290 is GREAT VALUE for the money, runs like the GTX 780 and R9 290x but $100 cheaper - but much louder
3) Maybe a solid Corsair 750W PSU

That's about it! If you're happy with the FX 9370 and the potential noise, then I'd stick with this build!

You think the i5 4670K is the best option from the other i5's? or is the 2500K better?

And what about the cooling system?? Intel cpu's like the i5 4670K have a stock fan. Don't you think this is enough cooling since I'm not planing on overclocking anytime soon?

I wouldn't suggest a r9 290 until the versions with custom coolers are out. reference r9 290 run damn hot and loud and hey no one should ever buy reference cards!

i5 2500k is 2nd generation and i5 4670k is 4th generation (almost 3 years ahead with better cache, recovery speed and more)

here another suggestion:

20Y45K Intel Core i5-4670K Box, LGA1150 219,00 €
1137ME MSI Z87-G45 Gaming, ATX, Sockel 1150 139,90 €
30THRF Thermalright HR-02 Macho Rev.A (BW) 44,99 €
20G351 8GB-Kit G.Skill Sniper PC3-14900U CL9-10-9-28 79,90 €
203U12 Sharkoon REX3 Value Edition black (Window-Kit), ohne Netzteil 44,90 €
R701CS Corsair Gaming Series GS700 2013 Edition 700W 89,90 €
1030IV Gigabyte GeForce GTX 780 OC, 3GB GDDR5, 2x DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort 479,90 €
13TD10 Toshiba DT01ACA Series 1TB, SATA 6Gb/s 54,90 €
12SEV1 Samsung SSD 840 EVO Basic 120GB SATA 6Gb/s 99,99 €

Total value: 1.253,38 €

I chose wrong shop with expensive pieces x.x

Can you link us to the website you're buying from?
-Toshiba doesn't make the best HDDs. I would stick with Seagate or Western Digital.
-Grab the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. Great cpu cooler at a cheaper price.
-Sharkoon cases are low quality.
-For the motherboard, I would go with a Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H, ASRock Z87 Extreme4, or Asus Z87-A.
-700w psu is overkill. A 600-650w psu is more than enough.

I would recommend g45 over the mentioned mainboard because of killer lan, pci 3.0 stability and quality
toshiba is crap hdd sorry but that's what you get for reasonable price in germany lol
I agree that sharkoon cases are low quality but the mentioned one has done it's job pretty well so I will completely disagree if you tell me this case is weaker than a bitfenix shinobi or so... (read it's review on google if you don't believe me)
700w is never overkill for a windforce gtx 780 which eat a lot given the fact is not the only piece that eats watts, but it could go lower of course if is to expensive.
the hr-02 macho is the best cooler you could get at that price and I will 100x recommend it over a hyper 212 evo as long as the evo let's say will cost with 20€ less than it. (it will keep cool even a extreme overclock).
yet again is up to you but the i5 4670k with msi g45 combo will make a beast, but hey is just a suggestion. (I only suggest what I have seen with my own eyes perform lol, of course there could be better of which I don't know)
the mb will still perform better than extreme 4 or asus a. about gigabyte i have no clue never tried a gigabyte mainboard for intel.

the shop used is called Atelco and is a damn expensive one because of 5 years warranty. Yet he will use other shop and I guarantee you he will pay with like 100€ less on the build I wrote from other shop. Sorry I used atelco configurator lol.

I wouldn't suggest a psu lower than 600w for gtx 780
(you wanna leave some pieces starve lol?)

yet about the rest is brand and preference. best of luck finding the ones you like and with best quality.
I am out. gonna sleep

Thank you guys for all this help!

As I see the performance of the gtx 780 is pretty much the same as the r9 290, and since I really dont mind the noise, I think I'm gonna stick to the r9 290 (its 150euro cheaper).

I will put some thought onto this and ill post my final configuration before I buy it so you guys can tell me if all parts are compatible!

Thanks again.

just wait for the r9 290 and r9 290x custom version (custom cooler etc) to be released.
the noise won't be the only problem with a r9 290 reference card.
I would never touch a reference card (except let's say custom doesn't exist)

Ok I'm concluded on this build... Please let me guys know if all these parts are compatible... especially the mainboard-cpu-ram components.. i dont know if 1866mhz the right speed is for this cpu.

zalman z11 case 56e
Intel Core i5 - 4670K cpu 205e
Asus Maximus VI Hero Motherboard 185e
corsair gs 700 psu 92e
Corsair Vengeance Red 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1866 MHz RAM 95e
Samsung 840 Series 120GB SSD 91e
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 SATA 6Gb/s 1TB HDD 60e
zalman CNPS9900 Max Red cpu cooler 56e

this sums up to 840euros..
im keeping 450-500euro for the non reference r9 290, i hope this is enough.

Go for the Extreme4 motherboard: http://www.bestprice.gr/item/2153498660/asrock-z87-extreme-4-z87extreme4
The Maximus Vi Hero is over-rated. The only benefit from it is the better onboard audio. It's not worth it.

Your ram is expensive. This will perform the same at a cheaper price: http://www.bestprice.gr/item/2151181460/corsair-xms3-8gb-ddr3-1600mhz-kit-of-2#item-prices

This is a much cheaper HDD at literally the same performance: http://www.bestprice.gr/item/2152801109/seagate-barracuda-720012-sata-6gbs-1tb

The CM Hyper 212 EVO is good enough for decent overclocks: http://www.bestprice.gr/item/2153607095/cooler-master-hyper-212-evo/?fromq=cooler+master+hyper+212+evo
It's a cheap cpu cooler that often performs better than mid-range coolers.

Better quality case: http://www.bestprice.gr/item/2152837004/corsair-carbide-300r/?fromq=corsair+300r
Case is all preference, so if you like the Zalman Z11 looks then by all means go for that one. The quality isn't as good as the Corsair 300R, but looks are an important aspect of a case.

This psu would be more than enough to handle your system: http://www.bestprice.gr/item/2151212008/xfx-pro650w-p1-650s-nlb9

as realchaos just wrote. those pieces are real good :D
go hunt for them.
yet go for the psu from corsair.
where I live there are lotsa people who have problems with the xfx psu.
and for hard overclocks the hr-02 macho would be a wiser choice. yet for light and medium oc hyper 212 evo is the king

Ok I wanna clear something out..
why will a 1600Mhz ram perform the same as a 1866mhz one? and whats the benefit of getting greater speed on the ram??

Sorry about the HDD, on my last post I misspelled the price, now its correct.

From what I hear from my friends they all trust asus on motherboards, so I think I'm gonna stick with it even if it costs something more.

Thanks again!

Maybe I shouldn't have said the same. The 1866 mhz ram does perform better, but the difference in games is very very small. It's not worth the extra money.

Asus do make good boards, but so does Gigabyte and ASRock. All of them are equally high quality.

that doesn't mean msi has bad quality either. Is just a matter of luck as I have seen people bang their heads on walls because of asus and asrock lol.
real experience matters not technical viewed quality. yet of course asus and asrock may come better than msi but as long as you buy 120$+ z87 mainboard they all rock lol (can't see anything needed for normal use anymore).

1600mhz ram is best ram out there as long as gaming is concerned.
if you are interested in professional and industrial scale editing and more then even 1866mhz ram is a bit weak.
but well concerning normal editing, rendering and gaming you won't see any difference between 1600mhz and any higher ram even 5000mhz
the only one crying about performance difference will be the android since your eyes won't realize any difference O.O

I read about XFX psu. wow nice psus.
the ones they sell here look different even in aspect o.o (than the ones in the original website and newegg) .. don't tell me they sell fake xfx psus here O_O
