What is causing a buzzing noise?

Hello,

I recently (2 days ago) built a new PC. This is the second PC that I have built. Specs:
i5 3570k
Hyper 212+
8GB G.Skill RAM
EVGA 760 SC 2GB
EVGA 600B 600W PSU
Asrock H77M Mobo.

Something (it sounds like it's coming from the GPU but I'm not positive) is causing a buzzing noise that kind of sounds like its related to a fan because it is not a monotone buzzing, it gets louder and quieter. The buzzing is loudest when I'm in BF4 but it also sometimes occurs when I'm simply browsing the web. I would like to know which parts could be causing this ASAP. Obviously the GPU is most likely making the sound itself but could it be fixed by getting a better PSU? Or should I change just the GPU? Or both? Thanks in advance!

Yes, it is working great. The noise is coming from either the GPU or below it (not above where the 212+ is).

Any ideas on what else it might be? I just don't want to return the GPU and then find out it was a faulty power supply or something. :(

I not 100% sure. Usually a buzzing noise occurs when a fan is defective so its possible that its the GPU fan or the power supply fan.

You can use aftermarket programs like MSI Afterburner or the software that came with your graphics card to turn the GPU fan speed down to its lowest RPM. If its the GPU fan then the noise should get quieter as the RPM decreases.

It looks like it's not the fan but the GPU itself. I think it might be coil whine but it sounds different than the coil whine I've heard before. It sounds like this (same card): http://youtu.be/Y0oQNAAy-y0

Thanks for the help. Do you have any recommendations for a good GPU with similar performance under $250?
