I'm stuck between these 3 Graphic cards since they are all the same but different models and heard that one of them has some problems when hardcore gaming and shuts down.

I'm *NOT* going to be overclocking whatsoever not even a bit and nothing will change that since i had bad experience with overclocks in the past which ended up in a fried GPU and motherboard :(

Info: (No Overclocking)
Intel i5 4670k
8gb 1866mhz Corsair pro ram
Vantage Gamers case extreme cooling
MotherBoard: Asus Z87-A
PSU: 600w Corsair Bronze 80m

I want a card that comes with the fastest factory overclock with it so i get the fastest gaming experience right out the box

give me a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, if you could then that would also help :)

By no overclocking do you mean CPU as well? if so then drop down to a H87 Motherboard and a i5 4570. personally i would say that the GIGABYTE would win for me as it has a mammoth of a cooler and the EVGA and MSI tying at a close second place

Oh the CPU will be overclocked after some time of gaming just need a perfect factory speed clocked GPU, they all seem the same EVGA for the cooling, GIGABYTE for the ??? i don't know and MSI for the world record speed of overclocking which i won't use :s :(

The gigabyte wind force cooler is very good but as i said the EVGA one is very close to almost the same performance. the Gigabyte has the highest BOOST clock so that may be important if you arent over clocking but basically at the end of the day all 3 are very good and it is mainly down to whatever one ends up cheaper and what one you like the look of. i personally would go for either the GIGABYTE OR EVGA

Personally, I prefer EVGA, and they don't run that hot so long as you have decent airflow inside your case. I would rate the EVGA at 1, Gigabyte and 2 and MSI at 3. However, I'm fairly certain you're going to be quite happy with whichever you choose.

but isn't one faster than another?

Yes, the Gigabyte is slightly, very slightly, faster than the EVGA, and the MSI is slightly faster than both of the other 2, scaling of the boost clock that is. However, they are so close to each other in their speeds that you won't see much, if any, of a difference out of all 3 cards. The best advice for you would be to choose which on you think will look the best in your system (if you're into that) and pick it, and if you're not worried about looks, just pick the cheapest one.
