I built my own computer a while ago and today thought I would try to optimize the boot time. I opened up BOIS and changed a couple settings ( kinda forget which ones). The computer restarted and then started turning off and on repeatedly. I fixed this by resetting the CMOS and thus resetting the BIOS. However I now have the problem that the computer will turn on and run but there is no display shown and no beeps. What is really worrying me is that the CPU_LED light is solid red when I turn it on. Could anyone help?

2x NIVIDEA GTX 460
Unsure about my CPU
