The title says my problem. Windows 7 does not shut off properly and completely. When I press shut off on W7, the screen turns off but everything else in the computer continues to work. In addition to this, the computer may restart randomly and very often. This is a build that is about a month old and has really got me worried. I do not know what is wrong or what I should do. Any help would be appreciated.
