Frequent BSODs on Newly Built PC

I recently built a new PC, and I've been experiencing frequent and seemingly random BSODs, usually happening between 30 minutes and 2 hours of uptime. I'm running Windows 8.1 with all updates installed, and I believe I've updated all my hardware drivers. The stop codes have been pretty random, the most recent one being IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

I've run various stress tests on my hardware, and all of them have passed except hard drive tests. I'm running an SSD and an HDD, and both hard drives have encountered data verify failures--it seems like they each encounter one error for approximately every 45 minutes of testing.

I had been using the SSD on my old computer for about six months with no problems, so it seems unlikely that both the SSD and the new HDD are now failing at the same time on my new system.

I'm pretty sure at this point that my problem is a hardware issue, but I'm not sure what parts I should RMA. I would guess that the problem might have to do with the motherboard. I could also try sending in my hard drives, but I'd like to avoid that if the problem is clearly a different issue.

If anyone would like me to upload my minidump files I'd be glad to.

My Specs
------
OS: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit
Motherboard: MB GIGABYTE|GA-B85M-D3H RT
PSU: RAIDMAX RX-535AP 535W RT

Thanks in advance for your time.

If you can run those drive tests with those same drives plugged into another computer, do so. If they come back clean, I would say you are correct on the motherboard needing to be RMA'ed. There is however an outside chance that the power supply is faulty, so I would try to get that checked to be sure.

I managed to get a friend's computer and ran the drive tests for a few hours with no errors, so I'm going to go ahead and RMA the motherboard and the power supply.

Thanks for your help The_Prophecy!
