universal serial bus controller/ is missing in device manager on my windows 8 computer!
the ports don't work at all for anything... flash drives, mouse, mic or anything.
The bios isn't the same anymore.... I have a UEFI type bios on windows 8.... a lot of different features and limitations.... I would like to know how to get the ports up and running... and make the USB controller show up in device manager so I can remove the drivers in usb c and restart so it will download them automatically but don't know how to get it back..... this problem is also apparent on my brothers windows 8 dell pc-laptop! help would be appreciated!
