How do I know what motherboard to buy for my case?

I have just recently purchased a computer case:

1)http://www.amazon.com/Silverstone-Tek-Aluminum-MicroATX-SG01B-F-USB3-0/dp/B008O50XE6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1384566443&sr=8-1&keywords=Silverstone+Tek+Aluminum%2FSteel+MicroATX+Desktop+SFF+Chassis+Computer+Case+with+2x+USB3.0+and+2x+USB2.0+Front+Port%2C+SG01B-F-USB3.0+%28Black%29

2) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811163116

I was wondering if only micro ATX motherboards are compatible with this case and whether or not I can fit any micro ATX motherboard in this case? Also, there is an IEEE 1394 port in the front panel of the case that I purcahsed; do I have to buy a specific motherboard to be able to use the port?

-Thank you
