Upgrading graphics card into old mother board

Hi i currently have a inter core E8400 3.0ghz and DFI lanparty p45 tr2s plus mother board.
I would like to know if that card (AMD R9 270x boost by gigabyte) would work on my motherboard

also have the case antec 300 .
