Hey I was looking to build a new PC strictly for gaming and maybe making YouTube videos. I am willing to spend $2,000ish on it. The only things I know I want it to have is 2 R9 290X's in crossfire. Much help would be appreciated! =]

Sorry about that. Got sidetracked. I'll give you a brief explanation why I chose the parts I did.

CPU- This is a good cpu for this kind of budget you're going for. Overclockable and decent price point.
CPU Cooler- This is the standard for gaming builds, and it lowers temperature way past the stock cooler.
Motherboard- High quality one, with good expandability.
Memory- 8Gb is the sweet spot for gaming right now, so I chose the ram that looks very good with the motherboard and gfx card.
Storage- You can always upgrade this later, but 1 TB is good enough for most builds.
Video Cards- You requested this, however if you can ever afford it, I'd go with 2x 780tis, as they get better performance.
Case- A good quality case with lots of air flow, usb 3.0, and red led fans.
PSU- Enough wattage for this build, you may consider going 1000w if you want.

Hope this helps!
