My request is what MOBO's are best for the FX8350 for a high stable OC and all round for things like gaming/rendering/coding/art/video editing.

Thanks and please be very informative... MOBO's is where I get lost as I don't know different generation boards and their chipsets etc.

EDIT:
It's ok to suggest mobo's out of my budget range just notify me of amazing boards, I would really like a breakdown on price ranges like 100/200/300+ (just a few suggestions would suffice)

I'm in almost the same boat as you. I have an fx 8350 and just had my motherboard fry (I think). So looking to replace. If your going to be overclocking I'm going to recommend Asus as the brand. Asrock and msi make some good boards but very very mixed reviews. Overclocking, best recommended board ive found through all toms reviews and forums would be ASUS M5A99FX Pro R2.0. It has 8pin power, good vrm cooling, ai suite for monitoring temps fan speeds ect and for oc on the fly. Goes for $150 but on sales as low as !115. The Asus sabertooth would be the next step up, at $180, add better overclocking by giving better power and better board cooling, also comes with a 5 year warrenty. There is an Asus Crossfire at $230, its the ROG republic...
