Sorry in advance for long read and bear with me english is my second language.
Background:
I know that this is probably a dumb question but it is a very needed question. I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section and if it is I apologize. My family has an ISP that we feel overcharges and gives us slow internet. We get 30 down and 5 up, not bad compared to other places but the highly populated place we are at it can get pretty slow. The problem is there are 3 boys and all three of us game very heavily. One on xbox one on computer and I stream. Also when this is happening sometimes our parents will watch netflix. When all of us are on the internet our games will start to lag and sometimes our internet will crash so I have to reset the router. All of my family has voiced their problems with this but we don't want to pay much more than we are right now.

I decided to call another ISP in our area (fios) and talk to them about their packages they actually offer all the same channels, same phone, and way faster internet at 75 down 35 up. Now everyone is keen on this idea in my family except for my mom. The ISP we have right now has an email system with which she uses for work/soccer/everything, because of this she doesn't want to change companies because she will lose all of her email things. I checked her email and she literally only has 1 out of hundreds of peoples email address in there, is there anything we can do so that all of her info transfers emails? Even if we just transfer it to like live or hotmail?

Thank you.

I would suggest convincing her to change to a service like gmail (gmail.com). That way the account will always follow you, should you change ISPs.

Sign up for gmail, forward whatever messages she wants to keep. Notify friends, family, etc. and change ISPs.

Good luck!
