i have a version of windows 8 and the problem is for some unknown reason i can not install MS .NET framework 3.5. i have tried various methods for example downloading the bootlegger of 3.5 even downloading the offline installation of the same but it's just don't install. i've even tried to install it by going to turn windows feature on or off and turning on .NET framework 3.5 and connecting to internet but it downloads only half way then suddenly stops and do not download further. please help.
