Whats the differences in MSI z77 G45 and the MSI z77 GD65

They look the same but there is like a $50 price difference.

Also I have an intel i5 2500k 3.3 GHZ
1600 Mhz 4x2 ram
Will these work with the motherboards?

Difference between the two are
Both are ATX and have 3x PCIe x16 slots.
The PCIe x16 slots are all 3.0 on the GD65, while on the G45, the first 2 x16 are 3.0, and the 3rd x16 is 2.0
GD65 has a total of 8 SATA ports, where as the G45 only has 6 SATA ports
GD65 uses a better network controller (Intel) vs Realtek found on the G45
GD65 has onboard power, reset, and OC genie switch (bottom right corner) the G45 does not
Better audio on GD65 ALC898 vs ALC892 on G45
