Please try to buy a quality PS, preferably around 500-600 watts. Too much power will not hurt and only adds to efficiency, however a Corsair or Seasonic 450 watt PS will be much preferred over a no name 700 watt PS. Here is a list and check out the links to help you learn. High quality PS's can last you many builds and 6+ years of use, so building a computer with a cheap PS makes little sense unless you are going to sell it soon to someone you don't like!

bro i have configured my pc with
Amd fx-6300 (proc)
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3(mobo)
running fine... but when i have inserted my Sapphire HD7750 1GB GDDR5(graph), the pc became damn slow. i thought that it might be due to drivers.. while installing drivers the pc restarts in the middle of installation and keeps on restarting untill i force shut down. please help me out, i would be very thankful
