Should i get a case fan and cpu fan

Solution

The difference is stock coolers suck at cooling and are super noisy. I always recommend aftermarket cooling solutions, overclocking or not. In your case, you definitely need one for overclocking (will do a much better job keeping the processor cool, so you don't kill it).

For fans, you could get a pack of these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103052
You can stick a couple in the side panel, and have a couple for later, or whatever. I have a set and they're pretty decent and the best price around.
