if you already have these parts, you will need either a P77 or Z77 Mobo, the Z77 will give you better OC results in general:
you have three options:
1- MSI Z77MA-G45 (2 PCI Express 3.0 x16 slots, 4 memory slots) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130647
2- ASRock Z77M (1 PCI Express 3.0 x16 slot, 2 memory slots, $17 cheaper) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157325

3- if you are willing to go up to $125, the best option for that price range is the ASRock Z77 Extreme4 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157293

but if the budget is tight, go with the MSI. it is up to you.
