When turning my computer on it usually takes less than 10 seconds to fully load up.

Since yesterday when switching it on, the Asus motherboard screen stays there for 15 minutes (The screen where you can press del to enter the bios settings)

After 15 minutes it turns to Windows is loading which takes a further 5 minutes.

When the computer is fully loaded up it is as fast as ever.

What could be related to this: I yanked a cable from above the desk and the desktop fell over on it's side. The computer fan started making a clicking sound, which has stopped now.

This may or not be related to the issue I am having. I rarely ever turn the computer off hence why I can't be sure when this problem first occurred.

If anyone has any advice on what I can do to troubleshoot this issue I would more than appreciate your help.

My specs are as follows:
Asus P8Z77-V LX2 Motherboard
G.Skill 8GBXL Main Memory DDR3 2x 4GB
Samsung 840 Series 250GB 2.5 inch SATA Solid State Drive
GEFORCE GTX 660 OC 2GB GDDR5
Intel Core i5 3570K 3.4GHz Socket 1155
Corsair TX650V2 Enthusiast Series 650W
Windows Professional 64 bit

Thanks in advance
