PC build what would you get? 1500$!

Hello Tomshardware i am building a gaming PC for 1500$ and want to share my build share your build what would you be bulding with this money and i might consider getting it but reminder i will be Streaming with XSplit and Recording and video editing games so i need some nice power CPU and also i will be playing BF4 and BF3 while recording!! this is what i came with in my country prices are little bit higher for PC components i might be able to add extra 200$ to this build so feel free to add about 200$! and also i will be OCing this CPU and also some futureproofing build!
CPU-FX 8350
CPU cooler-CM hyper 212 EVO
MB- ASRock extreme3 990FX
Ram 2x8gb stick of kingston hyperX
HDD- 1TB caviar black
SSD-Kingston HyperX 240 GB
GPU-R9 280X from gigabyte
case-nah will choose some shit from cooler master xD!
PSU-AX 760 from corsair xD overkill i know but i want to have a big future upgrading and save a little bit on power bill!

Total-1467.02$
So feel free to add 200$ or 250$!

I don't need these explosive super duper light shows in my case xD and in my online shop i don't have this!

im not that stupid i know that XFXs PSU is made by seasonic igood at PCs just wanted to share! idk i will just get AX760 good quality good ratings efficiency what build would you recommend?

Id leave WD black to store. Take Blue or seagate barracuda.

Kingston memory is not as good as the G.skill.

Kingston SSD ? Look if sandisk ultra plus is cheaper and 256GB is better than 240GB? ;)

New cpu coolers are better than CM 212 EVO.

i choose WD black becouse it will be my Backup drive so the transfer speeds are faster im eaven planning on mybye getting 2TB one as i will need storage! you did not look at our store? we don't have sandisk xD and eaven a G skill becouse it's the most popular shop in our country everything is bought off pretty fast and they are removing and adding things! Cm 212 EVO is good cheap and good xD i am also planning on buying a new headset monitor 1080P from 1600x900 and a keyboard so it shall run about 250$!

No it is not faster. Seagate 3TB is best buy. Fast and reliable.
Blacks are just making noise. Seagate barracudas are silent.
But do as you wish. I have two 3TB barracudas. And two sandisk SSDs. To me they work jusst fine :)

I was only telling you what I think is "best" buy for the money :)
