My heatsink/fan is : Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler (120 mm PWM Fan)

Hello! My CPU fan recently stopped working. I plan on buying another heatsink and fan, but was hoping to be able to put it off for a few weeks. I've been running my computer without my CPU fan (with my heatsink still attached) for awhile and according to RealTemp the maximum its hit is 43/45/37/38 degrees while watching a video and playing a nondemanding game. If it continues like this would it be ok for me to keep running my CPU without a fan for the next few weeks? I don't plan on doing any serious gaming or intensive processes in that time.

Solution
Yes, you should be fine as long as temps don't get too high. What RealTemp showed is fine. The CM Hyper 212 EVO has a pretty large surface area. If its cool enough to the touch its definitely fine.

EDIT: Still definitely get a fan tho.
