ASUS P9X79LE is not starting

I have the system

Motherboard Asus P9X79
Intel 4930K
8gb Kingston 2133 DDR3
Asus GTX 780 graphics card

When strting the system it lights red on CPU LED
i downloaded the latest BIOS from the website, renamed the file and pluged it into the USB flashback port.

Hold BIOS Flashback for 3 seconds and it started blinking.
Now the BIOS Flashback LED is lighting green for half an hour

What can that mean?
Can I turn my PC on?

Leave it until the Light goes out. however it shouldnt take 30 minutes. Have you plugged the SUb into the correct port? a guy earlier had this same issue and what you are doing worked for him, but didnt take 30 mins

also make sure you named the BIOS file? here is what i posted on the other thread:-

Ok so here are the steps
1.on another PC goto the ASUS webstie and download the latest bios for the board.
2.insert the USB stick into the slot Marked USB BIOS FLASHBACK or the white one and find the button located on your board or again on the IO Labelled USB BIOS FLASHBACK.
3.Insert the USB and press the button and it flashes your bios.

this works as well if you accidentally brick your motherboard bios and need to reflash it. just do the steps listed here and it will work. BTW your mainboard needs to be connected to the 24pin and 8 pin power i believe for it to work. if your PC is built then its just fine.

EDIT:NAME THE BIOS FILE P9X79LE.CAP and the USB has to be formatted to FAT16 or FAT32. to do this right click the USb in the computer tab and click format and select file type of FAT16 or FAT32. Hold the FLASHBACK buton for 3 Seconds until it starts flashing ( if it has an LED) then leave it until the led GOES OUT AND VOILA

i did it again and for this time bios flashback light did not blink and just started lighting when i hold the flashback button for 3 seconds
I'm kind of confused with all of this stuff

Hold it until the LEd comeso n and it should flash the bios to the one on the USB. then its a matter of waiting, though not 30 minutes

i pressed it for couple times and it is just staing lightning
may be i should leave the name as it was?

here they do not mention this version of motherboard

tried the name P9X79.CAP - blinked for 2 times and then light turned stable
that happened previous time as well

well try to rename it to P9X79.CAP and then see what happens with the flash.

and as I wrote, nothing happened
the light flashes for 2 times and then turns stable

stable light means its updating. when the light goes out it is done

usb doesn't show any activity at all
flashback light is on
i will leave it for couple hours, may be something will happen

I tried 3 different usb flash drives, it worked with the 3rd one.
Now facing the troubles with the ssd instalation

The USB flash drive needs o be FAT32 formatted. NTFS formatted drives won't work (DOS legacy does not support NTFS for USB).
