I have a homebuilt computer with windows 8.1 and my computer restarts suddenly every time i use the internet, i can be on it for about 30 min max, then it restarts, my specs are

Intel Core i7-4770k CPU @ 3.50ghz
Ram: 12 Gt
64 Bit x64
Windows 8.1

some parts:
Graphics card: Asus Gtx 780 CU II
Motherboard: Asus Z87-K
Processor: i7 4770k 3.5 ghz

I have 1 SSD : 120 GB
and 1 Hard Drive, 1.5 TB (taken from old computer and cleaned completely upon install or windows 8.1)
Blueray CD/DVD Disk drive

and yes my computer works fine when playing and everything else, but when i surf the internet it often shuts down, a page like tom's hardware wont make it restart, but when i surf on random websites it often restarts without any information, and when i check the log, its full of this
+System
-event log
and the source is : Microsoft Windows security Auditing, and the Errors seem to be caused by many errors, such as service control manager or some kernel applications and systems and much more random applications, I think the problem is caused by some security application because it always happens when i surf the internet, i have no other problems, with games etc. Thx for reading.

Ps, I believe I've built my computer correctly since it works just normally other than this.

EDIT: It seems this is the error every single time : NvStreamSvc (computer says its not installed on my computer)
then when i check my device management: is says my Simple PCI communication controller drivers need to be updated, i have not sound out where to get this driver... my computers language is in Finnish so translations may be wrong.

EDIT: I downloaded this from intels page: Management Engine Driver for Intel (this fixed the PCI update problem)
I Don't know if this has fixed the problem yet, ill update on that soon.
UPDATE: Problem still not fixed, I was on my desktop on skype when my computer shut down, the reason for this restart was:NvStreamSvc (once again).

Solution
It seems like it could be a driver issue is the hardware seems stable, make sure all drivers are up to date and everything checks out. If its bluescreens right before it shuts down then I can almost guarantee you its driver related, let me know if that solves the problem, also found out that in cmd that if run as admin. You can type: sc stop "NvStreamSvc"
sc config "NvStreamSvc" start= disabled

found it on this site for you:http://www.overclock.net/t/1414320/errors-in-the-event-viewer-after-updating-to-1-6-of-geforce-experience-anyone-else-getting-them

I've had similar error with the new gforce drivers but I'm on w7

I am using a downloaded version of the Google Chrome Browser, which I think maybe increases the restart ratio, but I will try downloading the windows 8 chrome from the market. As a side note, I have unchecked the restart computer upon error box, It has not helped at all.

EDIT: there was only the internet downloaded version of chrome, (it is compatible with windows 8.1) but does not help.

No it doesn't, and I don't think that's that case since I have good coolers on the processor and good airflow, I can even play without problem so that's not the problem.

okay ! I will try this out, I had a computer fixer look at my computer, he ran all the parts with some software, and found out they are all working, and when it happened today, it said "Overclocking failed", so yes, I believe it has something to do with the Graphics card, I will try this and tell you what happens.

UPDATE: It tells me that there is no such program installed or something like that, It's on finnish so its a bit hard to understand it

1. Is there any way you could change it to a readable language..

2. the bluescreens are critical in these moments. If you bluescreen write down what the error is because its about a 5-10 chance its right.

3. Try getting a downloaded version of google chrome or firefox to a flash-drive and install I via that way. I recommend searching for some ways to do it.

Let me know how it goes.
