Hey,
So I got a new laptop yesterday, custom built. It came with a trial version of Windows Home Premium. I had a version of Windows Professional ready to go, so I installed it, no problems. However, when I went to connect to the Internet, I noticed I couldn't (odd as I had been able to with the previous OS). After a small while of searching, I concluded the problem was in the drivers;

the Network Controller,
3D Video Controller,
PCI device,
PCI Simple Communications Controller
and one of my USB controllers aren't working.

This wouldn't be such a big deal if I could connect to the internet via that computer, as they would auto-install. However, it will not detect my wireless network. Even when I try to connect to the ethernet, it registers that there is a cable, but only comes up with a "Unknown network" "No connection available". The manufacturer of the computer is notebook, and the model is W65_W670SR.

I would be able to download and transfer drivers (I've already done this for the Ethernet driver, which was having problems), but I do need specific information.

Please, any help would be appreciated.
Regards, Kelvin McClean.

download the ethernet driver with another computer. then transfer and install it. this sould help you get online and download the rest. no ethernet? write down the ethernet hardware id and use that to find what controller it's using.

Hey.
In the meanwhile, I've managed to get all the drivers but the "Network Controller Driver". However, this is still stopping me from accessing the internet. I'm going to post the Device IDs here in case someone can tell me what I'm at!
Regards, Kelvin.

I posted the hardware ID there.

I'm not sure what you mean by "where did you customize your system from"... I built it from PCspecialist if that's what you mean? I don't think I've got anything to do with Clevo...

Oh, alright.
I looked at the Clevo page, but all the downloads there are for Windows 8/8.1, whereas I'm running Windows 7.
Sorry, and your help is much appreciated.

Which network controller is already installed to your laptop, the wired or wireless?
For wire network controller it just say Lan driver
For wireless there are a few of them, just download all of them and try one by one. Eventually one of them should work.
The ones I see so far are Intel 7260+Bluetooth and Realtek RTL8723AE +bluetooth
