Low and droping fps in battlefield 4

ok so i bought Battlefield 4 yesterday and i am having big problem to playing the because of the low fps and the dropping fps from 30 fps to 0-10 fps and i cant really play like this... i updated my drivers,set the game to low and resolution to the lowest and still i am having trouble with the fps this is my specs:
cpu processor: AMD Athlon II X2 250
Ram: 4.1 gb
OS:Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit
Video Card: AMD Radeon HD 5670

pls tell me what i can do to make my game run good

I had lot of frames drop due to some memory leaking on Win7 or whatever so I bought extra 4 gb Ram in addition to 4 gb I had and somehow the game was smoother. Not to mention it again...
