Hi guys, this is my first time building pc and my budget is only $500 for the meantime. I want to ask if this build is good enough to run games in high settings like dota 2 or steam games. My budget doesn't includes monitor, keyboard and mouse. I'm from Jacksonville, FL and I've never assembled a computer before.

I would really like to have a quiet PC and to play mmorpg games and Dota 2.
