Hi guys, this is my first time building pc and my budget is only $500 for the meantime. I want to ask if this build is good enough to run games in high settings like dota 2 or steam games. My budget doesn't includes monitor, keyboard and mouse. I'm from Jacksonville, FL and I've never assembled a computer before.

This is the list of the stuffs I will buy:

*G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) Desktop Memory Model F3-14900CL9D-8GBXL ($81.99@newegg.com)
*LOGISYS Computer PS550E12 550W ATX12V Power Supply ($19.99@newegg.com)
*ASUS GTX650TI-OC-2GD5 GeForce GTX 650 Ti 2GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card (149.99@newegg.com)

Overclocking : Maybe
SLI or Crossfire : Maybe
Monitor Resolution : 1280 x 1024
I would really like to have a quiet PC and to play mmorpg games and Dota 2.
I'm using laptop and can't play anything on it, so I thought that I would build my own.
